The true test of a leader is the ability to recognize problems before they become emergencies! Are you proactively resolving issues before they become problems or reactively trying to repair them? Are you listening to your team & hearing what's not being said? As a coach & leader you should analyze your team strengths & weaknesses, player by player & determine if they are performing at peak levels with a championship attitude & whether they have earned the right to be a starter on your team!
